POPPOP 이용약관

이 약관은 이용자와 보호자가 POPPOP 이용 규칙을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 안내합니다.

1. 목적과 동의

이 약관은 POPPOP을 이용할 때 적용되는 권리, 책임과 기본 규칙을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우에는 서비스 이용을 중단해 주세요.

2. 운영자 및 연락처

POPPOP은 웁사이드 스튜디오(OOPSIDE STUDIO)가 운영합니다. 문의는 oopsidestudio@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요.

3. 이용 자격과 미성년자

어린이도 POPPOP을 즐길 수 있습니다. 관계 법령에 따라 보호자의 동의가 필요한 미성년자는 보호자의 동의를 받은 뒤 이용해야 합니다. 보호자는 어린이와 함께 온라인 랭킹, 닉네임 및 정보 처리 안내를 확인해 주세요.

4. POPPOP 이용 권한

운영자는 이 약관을 지키는 범위에서 POPPOP을 비상업적 오락 목적으로 이용할 수 있는 제한적이고 개인적이며 비독점적·양도 불가능하고 철회 가능한 권한을 부여합니다. 이 권한은 게임이나 콘텐츠의 소유권을 이전하지 않습니다.

5. 닉네임과 온라인 랭킹

기록 제출 전에 앱의 안전 안내와 닉네임 정책을 확인하고 안전한 닉네임을 사용해야 합니다. 실명, 학교명, 전화번호, 이메일, 주소, 연락처 또는 SNS 아이디와 유해·성적·혐오·괴롭힘·사칭 표현은 사용할 수 없습니다. 이용자는 복원 불가능한 익명 식별값을 통해 같은 사용자의 STAGE·60초 항목을 이 기기에서 함께 숨기거나 정해진 사유로 신고할 수 있습니다. 이 값은 사용자 안전에만 사용되며 실제 신원 확인, 광고, 추적, 이용 통계 측정 또는 프로파일링에 사용하지 않습니다. 검토 결과에 따라 관련 기록을 삭제하거나 온라인 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

6. 금지 행위

점수·진행도 조작, 봇·자동화 도구·변조 프로그램·취약점 이용, 사칭·괴롭힘, 성적·혐오·유해·개인정보 침해 닉네임, 허위 또는 남용 신고, 서비스 방해, 게임·랭킹·관련 시스템에 대한 무단 접근을 금지합니다.

7. 게임 진행도와 로컬 저장

대부분의 진행도, 점수, 코인, 아이템, 닉네임과 설정은 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱·브라우저 데이터 삭제, 앱 제거, 기기 변경 또는 데이터 초기화 시 사라질 수 있습니다. 운영자는 기기에만 저장된 정보를 원격으로 복구할 수 없습니다.

8. 코인과 디지털 아이템

코인과 디지털 아이템은 게임 안에서만 사용하는 콘텐츠입니다. 현금이나 결제 수단과 같은 가치가 없고, 양도·교환·현금 환전할 수 없으며, POPPOP 밖의 소유권을 의미하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영에 따라 제공 여부와 게임 균형은 합리적인 범위에서 변경될 수 있습니다.

9. 인앱결제

현재 POPPOP은 실제 현금으로 구매하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 향후 인앱결제를 제공하는 경우 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 이용하며, 가격과 조건은 구매 확정 전에 구매 화면에 표시합니다. 취소와 환불에는 관계 법령 및 해당 스토어 정책이 적용됩니다.

10. 서비스 변경·점검·종료

업데이트, 보안, 기술 문제, 법적 요구 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 합리적인 범위에서 변경·일시 중단·점검 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 가능한 경우 중요한 변경은 미리 안내합니다.

11. 지식재산권

POPPOP의 프로그램, 그래픽, 캐릭터, 명칭, 소리와 그 밖의 콘텐츠는 운영자가 보유하거나 허락을 받아 사용하며 관계 지식재산권 법령의 보호를 받습니다. 법에서 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 허락 없이 복제·배포·판매하거나 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

12. 개인정보

정보 처리에 관한 내용은 POPPOP 개인정보처리방침에서 안내합니다. 특히 온라인 랭킹을 이용하기 전에 이 약관과 함께 확인해 주세요.

13. 합리적인 책임 범위

안전하고 안정적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하지만 일시적인 중단, 기기별 문제, 네트워크 장애 또는 기기 로컬 데이터 손실이 발생할 수 있습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실 없이 발생한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이 약관은 관계 법령상 배제할 수 없는 소비자의 권리나 책임을 제한하지 않습니다.

14. 신고와 이용 제한

부적절한 닉네임 신고를 검토할 수 있습니다. 약관을 중대하게 또는 반복해서 위반하거나, 다른 이용자에게 피해를 주거나, 랭킹·신고를 조작하거나, 서비스 보안을 위협하면 행위와 정도를 고려해 관련 기록을 삭제하거나 온라인 기능을 합리적인 범위에서 제한할 수 있습니다.

15. 약관 변경과 시행일

서비스 또는 법적 요구가 바뀌면 이 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다. 변경된 내용과 시행일은 앱과 공개 약관 페이지에 게시합니다. 시행일 이후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관이 적용됩니다.

16. 준거법

이 약관에는 대한민국 법률이 적용됩니다. 분쟁은 관계 법령과 절차에 따라 해결하며, 강행 법규가 보장하는 소비자 보호를 제한하지 않습니다.

POPPOP Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using POPPOP in clear language for players and guardians.

1. Purpose and agreement

These Terms set out the rights, responsibilities, and basic rules that apply when you use POPPOP. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Operator and contact

POPPOP is operated by OOPSIDE STUDIO. Questions may be sent to oopsidestudio@gmail.com.

3. Eligibility and minors

Children may enjoy POPPOP. If applicable law requires consent from a parent or guardian, a minor should use the service only after receiving that consent. Guardians are encouraged to review online ranking, nickname, and data-handling information together with the child.

4. Permission to use POPPOP

OOPSIDE STUDIO grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to use POPPOP for non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This permission does not transfer ownership of the game or its content.

5. Nicknames and online ranking

Choose a safe nickname and follow the in-app safety notice and nickname policy before submitting. Do not include a real name, school, phone number, email, address, contact details, or social media ID. Harmful, sexual, hateful, harassing, or impersonating names are not allowed. A non-reversible anonymous identifier lets players hide the same user's Stage and 60-second entries on their device or report a nickname with a fixed reason. It is used only for user safety, not identity, advertising, tracking, usage measurement, or profiling. Reports may be reviewed and appropriate records may be removed or online access limited.

6. Prohibited conduct

Do not manipulate scores or progress; use bots, automation, modified clients, or vulnerabilities; impersonate or harass others; use sexual, hateful, harmful, or privacy-invasive nicknames; submit false or abusive reports; disrupt the service; or attempt unauthorized access to the game, ranking, or related systems.

7. Game progress and local storage

Most progress, scores, coins, items, nickname, and settings are stored on your device. They may be lost when app or browser data is cleared, the app is removed, the device is changed, or data is reset. OOPSIDE STUDIO cannot remotely restore information that exists only on your device.

8. Coins and digital items

Coins and digital items are game content only. They are not cash or a payment method, cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money, and do not represent ownership outside POPPOP. Availability and game balance may change reasonably as the service evolves.

9. In-app purchases

POPPOP does not currently offer purchases for real money. If in-app purchases are offered in the future, they will use Apple App Store or Google Play payment systems, and prices and conditions will be shown on the purchase screen before confirmation. Cancellations and refunds will follow applicable law and the relevant store's policy.

10. Service changes, maintenance, and closure

We may reasonably change, pause, inspect, or discontinue all or part of the service for updates, security, technical issues, legal requirements, or operational needs. Where practical, important changes will be announced in advance.

11. Intellectual property

POPPOP's software, graphics, characters, names, sounds, and other content are owned by OOPSIDE STUDIO or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit them without permission, except where law allows.

12. Privacy

Information handling is described in the POPPOP Privacy Policy. Please review it together with these Terms, especially before using online ranking.

13. Reasonable limits of responsibility

We work to provide a safe and stable service, but temporary interruption, device-specific issues, network failure, or loss of device-local data may occur. To the extent allowed by law, OOPSIDE STUDIO is not responsible for losses caused without its intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Reports and restriction of use

We may review reports about inappropriate nicknames. If a user seriously or repeatedly violates these Terms, harms others, manipulates records or reports, or threatens service security, we may remove the relevant record or limit online features to a reasonable extent after considering the conduct and severity.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated text and effective date will be published in the app and on the public Terms page. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be handled under applicable law and procedures, without limiting protections available to consumers under mandatory law.
