웁사이드 스튜디오(OOPSIDE STUDIO, 이하 “운영자”)는 POPPOP을 운영하면서 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다. 문의: oopsidestudio@gmail.com

1. 처리하는 정보

온라인으로 전송되는 정보: 온라인 랭킹을 이용하면 Firebase는 인증과 서버 내부 소유자 확인을 위해 익명 UID(Support ID)를 처리합니다. 공개 STAGE·60초 랭킹에는 닉네임, 점수, 서버 제출 시각, schema version과 복원 불가능한 익명 HMAC 사용자 식별값이 포함되며 STAGE 도전에는 도달 Stage와 완료 여부가 추가됩니다. 이 식별값은 같은 사용자의 두 랭킹 항목을 함께 숨기고 안전 신고를 검토하는 데만 공통 사용하며 실제 신원 확인, 광고, 추적, 분석 또는 프로파일링에는 사용하지 않습니다. UID와 Support ID는 공개되지 않습니다. 닉네임 신고 시 종목, 대상 공개 항목 ID, 대상 익명 사용자 식별값, 닉네임 사본, 선택한 사유, 단방향 신고자 식별값, 시각, 정책 버전과 검토 상태를 비공개로 처리하며 안전 검토와 남용 방지에만 사용합니다.

기기에만 저장되는 정보: Stage 진행·해금 상태, 최근/최고 점수, 무한 팝 최근/최고 기록과 안내 확인 상태, 코인, 구매·장착 아이템, 닉네임과 온보딩 상태, 효과음·진동 설정과 사용자가 숨긴 랭킹 사용자 목록을 브라우저 localStorage 또는 앱의 로컬 저장소에 보관합니다. 차단 목록은 서버에 전송되지 않습니다. 네트워크 장애 시 재전송할 최고 랭킹 기록도 기기에 일시 저장될 수 있습니다.

3. Firebase와 외부 서비스

온라인 랭킹에는 Google Firebase Authentication(익명 인증)과 Cloud Firestore를 사용합니다. Firebase는 서비스 보안, 인증 및 부정 사용 방지를 위해 IP 주소, user-agent와 같은 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱 웹 버전은 GitHub Pages에서 제공됩니다. 운영자는 Analytics, Crashlytics, 광고 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 보관과 삭제

온라인 랭킹 기록과 익명 인증 식별자는 갱신·앱 내 삭제·확인된 이메일 요청 또는 운영상 불필요할 때까지 보관합니다. 대상 익명 actor ID를 포함한 신고 정보는 180일 뒤 삭제되도록 설정합니다. 비공개 actor 조치 기록은 안전 제한에 필요한 동안만 보관하고 정기 검토합니다. 온라인 데이터 삭제는 해당 계정이 제출한 신고와 조치 기록을 삭제하지만, 삭제 전 공개 항목을 대상으로 접수된 신고는 안전 검토를 위해 만료 시점까지 보관될 수 있습니다. 이메일 요청은 원칙적으로 30일 이내 처리합니다. 자세한 절차는 데이터 삭제 안내를 확인하세요.

기기 로컬 정보는 설정의 데이터 초기화, 브라우저 사이트 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제로 제거할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이용자의 기기에만 저장된 데이터를 원격으로 확인하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다.

5. 판매·광고 목적 공유

개인정보를 판매하지 않으며 맞춤 광고 목적으로 공유하지 않습니다. Firebase와 GitHub는 각 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 기술 정보를 처리합니다.

6. 수집하지 않는 정보

정확한 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 사진, 연락처, 광고 식별자, 결제카드 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. POPPOP은 이메일·비밀번호 기반 계정을 만들지 않습니다.

7. 어린이 이용자와 닉네임

닉네임에 실명, 학교명, 전화번호, 이메일, 주소, 연락처 또는 SNS 아이디를 쓰지 말고 온라인에서 모르는 사람에게 개인정보를 공개하지 마세요. 유해·성적·혐오·괴롭힘·사칭 표현은 허용되지 않습니다. 보호자는 설정에서 이 기기에만 저장되는 PIN으로 온라인 랭킹을 끌 수 있으며 일반 게임은 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.

8. 보안

익명 인증, Firestore 보안 규칙, 제출 필드·점수 제한 등을 사용합니다. 다만 인터넷 전송이나 저장의 절대적인 안전을 보장할 수는 없습니다. Support ID는 공개 게시하지 마세요.

9. 방침 변경 및 문의

서비스 또는 법적 요구가 바뀌면 이 방침을 수정하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 개인정보 또는 삭제 문의는 oopsidestudio@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요.

OOPSIDE STUDIO (“we”) processes only the information needed to operate POPPOP. Contact: oopsidestudio@gmail.com

1. Information we process

Information sent online: When you use online ranking, Firebase processes an anonymous UID (Support ID) for authentication and server-side ownership. Public Stage and 60-second leaderboard documents contain nickname, score, server submission time, schema version, and a non-reversible anonymous HMAC actor identifier; Stage Challenge also includes reached stage and clear status. The actor identifier is shared only between the same user's two ranking entries so players can hide that user and safety reports can be reviewed. It is not used to identify a person, advertise, track, analyze, or profile. The UID and Support ID are not included in public leaderboard fields or document paths. A nickname report privately stores the category, target public entry ID, target actor identifier, nickname snapshot, selected reason, a one-way reporter identifier, timestamps, policy version, and review status, only for safety review and abuse prevention.

Information stored only on your device: Stage progress and unlocks, recent and best scores, Endless Pop recent/best scores and intro state, coins, purchased/equipped items, nickname and onboarding state, sound and haptic settings, and the list of ranking users you hide are kept in browser localStorage or app-local storage. The block list is not sent to the server. A best leaderboard result may also be held locally while waiting to retry after a network error.

3. Firebase and external services

Online ranking uses Google Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in) and Cloud Firestore. Firebase may process technical information such as IP addresses and user-agent data for authentication security and abuse prevention. The web app is served through GitHub Pages. We do not use Analytics, Crashlytics, or advertising SDKs.

4. Retention and deletion

Online leaderboard records and the anonymous authentication identifier remain until replaced, deleted in the app, deletion is requested by email, or they are no longer needed. Reports, including the target anonymous actor ID, are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. A private actor moderation record is kept only while needed to enforce a safety restriction and is periodically reviewed. Delete Online Data removes reports made by that account and its moderation record; a report about its former public entry may remain until expiry for safety review. Email requests are normally handled within 30 days when verified. See Data Deletion for details.

Device-local information can be removed with Reset Data in Settings, by clearing browser site data, or by uninstalling the app. We cannot remotely view or erase information that exists only on your device.

5. Sale and advertising

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Firebase and GitHub process technical information only as needed to provide their services.

6. Information we do not collect

We do not collect precise location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, advertising identifiers, or payment-card information. POPPOP does not create email-and-password accounts.

7. Children and safe nicknames

Do not use a real name, school, phone number, email, address, contact details, or social media ID in a nickname, and never share personal information with strangers online. Harmful, sexual, hateful, harassing, or impersonating names are not allowed. Parents and guardians can turn Online Ranking off in Settings with a PIN stored only on the device; local game modes remain available.

8. Security

We use anonymous authentication, Firestore security rules, and limits on submitted fields and scores. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not post your Support ID publicly.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change and will update its effective date. Contact oopsidestudio@gmail.com for privacy or deletion questions.
